Weekday builds, minimal disruption
Corporate events tend to run midweek, and our Clipframe system suits that: the marquee goes up on the Tuesday and comes down on the Thursday, so nothing is left out over the weekend and your car park or site is back in use within the week. At Omaha Golf Course we installed without closing the course, where another supplier wanted a six-hour closure.

How early should we book a Christmas party marquee?
Now, if you want a specific December date. Corporates start booking from mid-year and the Friday and Saturday nights in the first two weeks of December go first. Midweek dates give you more choice and suit our Tuesday-up, Thursday-down builds.
Can you set up in our office car park?
Yes. Sealed and gravel car parks are common Christmas party sites. We anchor with weights or ballast rather than pegs, and we can leave access lanes clear so the rest of the car park keeps working.
Do we need council permits for a marquee on public land?
Usually, yes, for parks and reserves. We supply the Site Specific Safety Report and fire safety documentation the council asks for, and we can advise on the application.
Can you provide everything, or just the marquee?
Everything: tables, chairs, linen, lighting, heating, PA, flooring, walls, bar and dance floor. One quote, one delivery, one pack-down, so you are not chasing five suppliers the week before.
